The online application is open for the 2nd edition of the H.I.T. Program 2021-24, which is centered on skills and leadership identity training for female professors from all disciplines across Switzerland.
H.I.T. Program stands for "High Potential University Leaders Identity & Skills Training Program - Inclusive Leadership in Academia". It is a unique leadership initiative for female professors in Switzerland.

Course «Structured interviewing in appointment procedures»: 10 April 2019
The project management OTM-R and the in-house continuing education UZH have designed a course for members of appointment commissions in which they demonstrate the importance of interviews in appointment procedures and the advantages and techniques of structured interviewing.

29 November 2016: IDCN UZH/ETH Event
On 29 November 2016, UZH hosted an IDCN event for the first time, co-organized with our neighbor university, the ETH. Around 80 partners of newly appointed professors and highly qualified academics from both institutions attended the event.
